★★☆☆☆Works, but needs lots of work.
1) Needs option to NOT auto dim and lock. I like to keep it running when I run.
2) Needs multi-tasking. If you go to another app, the stop watches stop working.
3) Needs to allow for custom intervals.

App functions well but the description failed to mention it does not run in the background so basically every time my phone fell asleep or was on my Nike app, this app did not work and did not tell me to switch to walking.

I have used this for a while and loved it but suddenly the beep to indicate switch between run/walk no longer works. I hate to have to keep looking at phone to see what I should be doing and miss changes.
Thanks for the response but I can figure that much out. I hear the beeps during the interval but it does not beep like it used to to change between running and walking. I am guessing since I hear the beeps throughout that the silence button is not the issue
★★★★★Does exactly what I needed
I was looking for an app to help me do run/walk intervals while training for a half marathon. I wanted something that would run in the background while I used my normal running app (Nike Run Club), listened to music, etc. This did exactly that, and worked perfectly for my entire run. Only thing I would love to see if the ability to set your own intervals vs. the preset options.

There is a beep sound every two seconds during the run interval. Can you please turn it off?
