UX is generally poor. Just clicking on a map requires you to install another app. Requires Ticketmaster credentials, took 5 attempts to make it work.
The app and maps do not tell you which gate to use, where to enter the stadium, etc. Fortunately the text chat is quite good and answered this. Unfortunately it referenced a gate and a location that were not on the map!
Fortunately Apple Maps has this which begs the question — why use some other app, just embed Apple/Google maps…

As a longtime 49ers fan since I was born in 1981, I have watched every game over the past several decades. Now I am located in TN and the greed of corporations makes it hard to watch my 49ers. I don’t under why the app only allows streaming in the region when there are many ways to watch in Cali. We who do not live in CA anymore need a solid value package to watch our games.
