★★☆☆☆Unable to send feedback - Argh!
The SAS app is generally adequate. Unfortunately, when I wanted to provide critical feedback about their bait & switch booking practices, the app could not find my existing booking, which prevented me from submitting my feedback. Super frustrating, all around.

It’s a shame that this app seems functional (when it loads and works) but is frustrating to navigate. AI integration is poorly executed and it’s incredibly annoying to navigate 50 pages/tabs to try find information.

sas was my first ever airline and I keep coming back bc the app is so incredibly modern and smooth!!!! Really matches their great service aboard too :) 💙
★★☆☆☆Toddlers are allowed in Business Class
I’ve never flown SAS before and was looking forward to our business class seats. Would have been perfect if we didn’t have a couple screaming 2 year olds throwing tantrums and toys. Also were allowed to climb on the seats. The flight crews were incredible! Also, our seats were changed 4 times starting 3 days before departure. Apparently this is common practice for foreign airlines perhaps?

Calendar selection is messy
Does not auto populate your Eurobonus number and you can’t go out to look it up either
And even this feedback text is showing black text on a dark gray background so I can’t actually see what I’m typing
