Good app but on the “preview” pictures I see there is a “match summary” tab for completed matches. Why can I not see the match summaries on my app?

Loved this app until I upgraded to a new phone. Can’t log in with my existing user name because it says it already exists (obviously, it’s my username). Then won’t let me go back to try and login a different way. Even tried a new username, logged out, then can’t log in again with my newly created one. Annoying, this was my main app I used to keep up with tennis, and I don’t want to have to setup my profile every time.
