This is probably the closest gacha I can find that feels like OO. It’s not a copy- 7K has its own lore, its own story, its own style. I think what reminds me of OO is interface, story mode layout, interesting game modes a d unit leveling. Gameplay is turn based but more “active” is the best way to describe.
