To register/create an account successfully leave the ID card field blank. You also must not close or let your screen go black when it's unlocking the bike you selected. Apparently the app may incorrectly charge you if you don’t do this

When choosing the subscription, choose the ~€3 euro one for a 24h ride. This will allow you to rent the bike for 24h only to use in 30 min chunks or else you’ll get charged €1 per extra 30 min. Plan your route and make sure you’re always a few min away from your next stop (extra tip: look if there’s parking for your bike) it usually says 8/10 so there’s 2 parking spots left, I found a few that were full and I had to search for a further one that made my trip longer than 30 min therefore I got c

It’s a nice app but it has lack of user friendly. You can skip the ID, but itsn’t mentioned anywhere. The rides could be sorted from low to high prices because tourists usually don’t need more than 1 day. The subscription process it not clear.

Works like a charm. Avoid the bad reviews this app is great and so are the public bikes.
