Saves me from having to carry the print out I got from my naturopath so I know what I can and can't eat. Contains all the foods on the standard SIBO specific diet print out.
★★☆☆☆ Not what I hoped
Disappointing. Many foods missing, search leaves the keyboard covering the results.

Color coding is great! But the feature list says you can flag certain foods as illegal. Customizing the list to my specific results was what sold me on it and it doesn't even do that. Of course you don't find these things out until after you pay. ☹️

The color coding is easy to understand; however I found that some very none-FODMAP friendly foods are listed in green. Just make sure to do your research before relying only on this app. Also their is no feature to mark allergies; so if your looking for more than just a list, I wouldn’t commit to this app.
