User Reviews and Ratings

★★★★★ The best

One of the best games and series ever. The group that makes these is very special. Why haven’t you bought it yet? I think they even still sell shirts and cups online.

★★★★★ Absolutely incredible

A Bronze Age apocalypse where the gods are dying. It is an incredible story, with incredibly harsh but rewarding gameplay; winning is not growing or expanding, but surviving to the next day. Play the other games first, so that you can enjoy this one to the fullest.

★★★★★ Beautiful

A worthy successor to Ride Like the Wind and King of Dragon Pass.

★★★★★ Great Sequel

I’m only a few hours in but the art and writing are phenomenal. Great characters, emergent narrative, and challenging mechanics.

★★★★★ An all time great game

This game, the first six ages, and king of dragon pass, are all made by the same group and are some of the best and most unique games I’ve played on any platform. There is no other iPhone game that comes close to the depth these have to offer!
