It is so bad I tried it. It does not work, which could work looking at the old reviews looks like it would work, but actually nope it does not know what’s wrong with this app. Look at this before download a little stronger but no Abs Looking at the videos, I wish worked a big scam. I used to use this app pretty regularly and then stop for about a year, unfortunately. When coming back to it, now it’s riddled with ads and pop-ups and it’s hugely disruptive to the workout. Planning to uninstall it because it now feels cheap and the experience has suffered greatly.
