I love this game but it lagging lately where I win a round but nothing pops up to continue to next round

If you choose not to watch the ad for bonus tickets it takes you to an ad anyways, no matter what after you complete a competition you have to watch an ad, to play another competition another ad to watch, turn down watching ad for bonus another ad to watch, was liking the actually game but deleting do to more time spent watching ads then actually playing game, false representation also, lie when bonus is turned down, why ask if watching ad to get bonus or not either way ad is GONNA be watched! G

The first thing I see with in ten seconds is adds at this point I just want to delete it. And it is just too easy I won every single level. I want a fun game not a easy game. Also no adds would nice.

Is a great ball when it doesn’t freeze. 4th attempt to play game; uninstalling and reinstalling….. Have tried to get someone to help solve the issue, but just going around in circles….. Someone needs to leave a simple email address or telephone so someone can get to the core of problem
