i just got my crusher evos for christmas and i've been trying to connect them to the app everytime i do it either doesn't recognize they're around it starts trying to connect but doesn't i'm not sure what to do from here seriously considering buying a different brand

Devices never say connected despite connected to iPhone

It won’t let me connect them to the app I brought them today no issues or problems I deleted the app and then redownloaded it and no it’s saying that I cannot connect them and say get help I don’t know what to do please help me

All the bad reviews are just here to hate most people don’t understand the point of what Skullcandy is and what they aim to be I promise you if your here in the age of 2024 USE THE APP it allows you to customize your sound experience to make YOUR Skullcandy headphones yours… don’t use something just cause some else says it’s bad “what maybe trash to one man is a treasure to another” remember that.

I was in the market for a new set of earbuds for running ,so I bought the Dime XT 2s. I came across the app so I did the entire setup at my desk at work. Everything connected and after doing the hearing test, I did have to restart the app for the feature to work but it all works great. I look forward to other Skullcandy products in the future. Being on a budget and getting a good product along with an intuitive app is really cool. Keep it up .
