I knew I was a fast eater, but this app has helped me realize how crazy fast I was eating and has helped me slow down. You can set the amount of time between bites, add breaks into your meal, and set a timer for how long to wait after your meal before deciding to get a second helping. It also tracks your total meal time. It’s really cool! So glad I found it. I plan to use it frequently.

I’ve been trying to slow down my eating and this Slow Eats app helps me slow down between bites and enjoy my food. I tend to eat fast when I’m stressed and I am able to train myself to slow down without staring at a timer or clock. The timer can be customized for how long to wait between bites. It even has a timer to use if I want to wait before getting a second helping. It works on my iPhone and my Apple Watch and it has sound or vibration setting so I can use it without anyone knowing.
