You can set the amount of time between bites, add breaks into your meal, and set a timer for how long to wait after your meal before deciding to get a second helping. I’ve been trying to slow down my eating and this Slow Eats app helps me slow down between bites and enjoy my food. I tend to eat fast when I’m stressed and I am able to train myself to slow down without staring at a timer or clock. The timer can be customized for how long to wait between bites.
