I exercise solely with my Apple Watch. This was one of the few apps where it allowed me to still initiate the exercise without using my iPhone. The exercises are well constructed. I feel like I’ve been using muscles I would’ve completely ignored otherwise and I’m already noticing a difference just a few weeks in. Considering the built-in AI can churn out different routines too, I don’t think this an app I’ll get tired of anytime soon.

This app has improved my wife and my run and workout altogether. We just hate the random syncing between the watch and the iPhone bc one minute you’re looking at workout on your watch and at the same time it starts skipping between workouts back and forth which at times has messed me up tallying wise and focus wise. Also, it would be nice if it had some stretches in here. I’ve added my own which is also a great feature but if you’re working out only makes sense to add stretching.

This app is a great way to track activity quickly and focus on what matters in the moment, working out. Then later you get a detailed summary of your history. I like that you can change what’s logged when you decide to go the extra set. Exactly what I was looking for.

Love the app—especially the “Import from Text” feature, which I use all the time. One enhancement that would make it even better would be the ability to automatically pull in weights for each lift from the text as well. Is that something you’d consider adding in a future update?
