As others have set, there are some initial setup steps to do before you can export messages with this product. But for me at least, the steps were pretty easy to follow without any problems, and once I got it set up, I was able to export messages very conveniently. I had previously purchased another service for this that just couldn’t handle the size of some text conversations and would crash, but as far as I could tell, this app didn’t have any issues like that.
