I think this app is awesome. I've struggled with sleep apnea and couldn't tolerate my Cpap. I now have sleep trays/nightguards and am able to tell how many hours I sleep and when and how long I snore. It helps me to know when to get the trays adjusted to help clear my airway. My sleep Dr recommended the app.

Decreased snore time, but still wake up tired from interrupted sleep...not so much a solution to the base problem as a wonderful diagnostic tool.
