The past few updates has not addressed the issue of the appl closing within seconds and then needing to restart from the beginning and find where you left off.

Imagine logging in at a swim meet (which takes about 30 seconds) to look up your kid’s time, switching over to any other app…then switching back over to this one and it taking as much time as the initial log on. Why does it have to do this or why cannot I have to option to turn off the refresh?

I keep running into glitches and my account rep just brushes us off. Can’t wait until they rotate him off our account. The app is convenient but it has lost us money due to errors in the system. Like this glitch we just found that if you apply a credit to a member and restrict it, they aren’t able to use the whole credit for some reason?? After a busy day on the deck I had to go in and manually do accounting work with the program. The account reps suggestion didn’t work and then he basically p
