I have been using this app for several weeks now and it has helped me maintain a schedule for my exercises. I recommend this app for anybody that needs a little help with their Kegel routine.
However, DO Not install on your Apple Watch. My watch battery always lasted me a day and a half before it needed a charge. After installing Squeezy on the watch, it depleted my battery in 6 hours several days in a row. After removing the app from my watch, I can once again go a day and a half without a need
