★★★☆☆Have not actually tried it
This may be a good app, but I haven’t tried it yet. I also looked for cost but didn’t find it when I got the app. It isn’t expensive but I like knowing what I’m signing up for and find that difficult on the app store sometimes. Also, today my first charge came through but this does not appear in my subscriptions to give me an option to cancel. I will forget now and end up paying monthly for something I may or may not use. That is my main complaint, where can I cancel if I wish to!
★★★☆☆What it is
This app is one meditation meant to be listened to daily for 30+ minutes. The same one, over and over. It is very relaxing. I believe it works for people that completely buy into the idea of it. Maybe if it was free.....
★★★★★Very Helpful!
This app may not be the final solution to all my issues, but it certainly makes me feel better (and, at this point, feeling better is worth an awful lot!).
★★★★★Helping me
Day 12. A record in many years.
★★★☆☆A nice meditation, but it’s only one
One meditation for $3...basically the same thing over and over. I just think the app should offer more, and the “reminder” chime doesn’t ever chime.
To those that think that this meditation tricks your mind into not drinking, it’s not so. You have to actually try to control yourself. It’s a process not an on/off switch.
