User Reviews and Ratings

★★★★★ Worth it.

Basic. Easy to understand. Great details. Helps supplement your mat time with short videos. Highly recommend.

★★★★★ Clear, Precise, Just what you need

Stephan explains complex issues clearly and concisely. Each technique is introduced, then shown in detail and finally at full speed. As a white belt I find myself frequently going back to his apps to see what mistakes I made.

★★★★★ Fernbjj

Very good app! Lots of useful info! Definitely worth the money!

★★★★★ Great little handbook

A lot of information. I love the "keys to submission" videos that come on after they show the basic techniques.

★★★★★ Excellent App!
