★★☆☆☆ Great Content in an annoying app

The Tagesspiegel content is great. It‘s the top newspaper in Berlin. However the app is an annoying disappointment. It maked it hard to read the articles because they are interrupted by so many ads. I understand that ads are part of the business model. But 6-10 ads per article for a paying subscriber are too many to enjoy a read. The app is also a data hoarder. After months of use the data in the app has increased to almost 1 GB! And that is without downloaded epapers. I will continue to read th

I like that the app has a short online version that takes full advantage of the iPad as well as a good PDF version of the full daily newspaper. I hope that the app will in the future be enhanced with features such as video support to provide a true value add over the printed version.
