This app is amazing for tracking your child's progress. This app will also make the documentation process fast, and easy!!! I have found it most useful for planning my sons diet as well as being able to better communicate to his therapists what has occurred at times when they were not present. It would be nice if you could add more than one behavior. During a typical meltdown for my child, there is a multitude of behaviors going on. For example, he screams while pinching.

We started using this app recently to keep track of our son's tantrums. It has been useful in documenting them for his doctors. We can attach video or photos to each tantrum entry. The one change we would like to see in an update is the ability to enter longer notes--the current character limit is too restrictive.
