Really missing the card payment through the app.

The app is great and I’m not sure why but the taxing driver was a kilometer away from our house waiting and there was no way to call her. We had just called another taxi when she showed up 20 minutes late! The idea of the app is good but I wouldn’t trust again to get to the airport on time.
On the plus side, one she showed up, our driver was very nice and the taxi was spotless.
★★☆☆☆ App not very reliable
3 of the last 4 taxis ordered in Karlsruhe with the app showed the taxi approaching, at the pickup address and then on the way to my destination without the taxi being at my location. When I call dispatch the taxi that they send ends up being the original taxi I saw “approaching”. I can see the taxi number in the app so I know it’s the same taxi. I’m not enjoying having to call dispatch to repeat an order. I only started having this problem late January- recent app update?

Once chosen the credit card you would expect that you do t need anything else.
But you have to do more manual work rather than payment in cash.
