★★☆☆☆ Profile Misrepresentation- Royal Flush not reflected!

Great game but misleading & POOR support!! I got a Royal Flush 2 days ago, but my profile still shows a straight flush as my best hand. This is a core feature that represents player achievements, and it’s broken. I contacted support three times with proof and they ignored me. I even bought more chips expecting the game to work as advertised – very disappointing. If you care about fairness and accurate stats, beware!! I mean, this is what every player tries to achieve and then they take it away
