I have tried a few other apps and none are as customizable as this. The features are great and allow you to choose how you want to stay on track. I highly recommend this app to anyone that needs extra motivation with gentle reminders

This is exactly what I was looking for. I like that it’s a one time purchase and not subscription based. I love that the goals are customizable. For example I added a meditation and journaling goal and I removed the water tracking since that’s not an issue for me. I also sent a question to support and they were super fast and helpful.

I gave the app 4 stars. It is very good. Sometimes it can be tricky to navigate to certain parts of the app but once you figure out how to navigate it all is okay. I wish there was a feature that would allow users to share and see how another person using the app is progressing. Similar Apple Watch functionality of how people share their ring progression daily. This would be useful for supporting individuals and competition if desired.
Overall, a very good app.
