Love the show. Well they rolled a new version & now I cannot get in using my primary email. The OTP which is copied number by number says number does not match. Contacted app support & they stayed in contact with me yesterday 1/13/26. Nothing today. I deleted and reinstalled multiple times.
Even used secondary email & low & behold I got in? HOWEVER, the BTS & Extras are not there.
I am a monthly donor to The Come & See Foundation using my primary email & need to find out how to get the BTS &

Y’all don’t seem to be able to upgrade your app without breaking something. This time, I logged in and all the season 5 content is locked, says I have to login. So I log on, and all the season 5 content is locked, says I have to login. You get the idea. Oh, and birthdate, really? Is that so you can sell that too?

Please bring back the ability to fast forward and rewind in 10 second increments. Please bring back closed caption font that is large enough to read, it’s already below the screen in the blackout area. This latest update changed these items. iPad user.
