I love how many times you can replay the game and find new character traits in different story lines. I have played this game instead of studying way too often but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it's the best. Only problem is that I can't seem to be able to branch into shadow magic!
★★★★★Class
Whole trilogy is fulfilling from first page to last.
★★☆☆☆UPDATE ME
This game needs a update. Every time I finish a story I have to delete and reinstall the game to play again. There are few glitches I have run into and the side story doesn't mix at all with the main story like it did in book 2. So In my opinion book 2 is the best and 3 is the worst of its series.
★★☆☆☆A fairly sad conclusion
The lost heir series has been one of the pinnacle of the CoG series. Great choices, character development, and a wide array of paths to take...which all end in nothing. This is by far the worst of the three games, with a dead end conclusion no matter one's choices, depressing stat mechanics and a general disregard for any of the valuable assets that made the previous games what they were.
★★☆☆☆Disappointing Conclusion
Like many others I really enjoyed the first 2 games of the trilogy, but I didn't enjoy the 3rd game really at all to be honest. The choices required such high skills the game really devolved into a choiceless game. Either pick the option that you have the highest skill in or fail.
Doubled with the bad game design of only successful skill checks gain skill points, it means you are locked into whatever you are already good at with little chance to improve your weaker skills.
