Simple to follow and really helps. I use it flying east to Europe but not so much coming back. I care less when coming home.

The app is absolutely amazing. Near complete elimination of jet lag. My complaint is with a glitch where my watch displays different advice than my phone. I quickly realized that the phone displayed the correct advice, but not until after I had enjoyed bright light and coffee at a detrimental time. Not being able to use the watch for advice is a serious problem. A dedicated Apple Watch app is a must. It ain’t cheap. I expect more.

This works! I’ve used Timeshifter for four international trips, each with about nine hour shift. Each trip I’ve followed the advice a little more closely, and each trip I’ve had less and less jet lag. It’s worth the slight inconvenience to skip jet lag. On my most recent trip, I had my 12 year old follow it as well, and it worked great to transition her back to school afterwards. I’ve had several yearly Timeshifter subscriptions which I’ve used between North America and Europe minimizing jet leg so I can work the next day in Europe. This trip was between LAX and Asia and jet leg was insignificant heading west. Going east in two days so I started Timeshifter today for my trip east which has more potential for jet leg so I’ll follow process more diligently! Overall I recommend Timeshifter without reservation!
