Helpful app, but there’s no customer service whatsoever. You can never reach them anywhere.

This app is very inconsistent. You put in a radius and you need to continually close the app to get the location correct.

I also had the experience that someone picked up the job and showed up 45 minutes late past the end of the time window. Also it was not the person pictured. You cannot cancel a job until the time window is complete, which puts all the responsibility on the user. I booked a job with 24 hours notice and then at the beginning of the window saw the driver was over an hour away. He claimed he would make it at the very end of the two hour windie, which was not realistic. I ended up booking someone els
