There appears to be a layer draw order bug. In order for the tornadoes icon to draw, storms have to draw. Leaving 2 pixels of black peaking out behind the white square. How about making storms that are tornadoes blink?
The storm that passed overhead stopped being a tornado about 3 miles out. The other tornado passed 10 miles to the north.
Also please put a time stamp on the currently downloaded map, so I know if I need to get in the tub.

Why are the weather radar pictures moving!??

So when ever I zoom in, the weather radar moves around. So, I tried to reopen the app, and it still glitched. I was in a really bad storm, and a flood, so I checked out this app. But it’s not that good.
