★★★☆☆ Great but don’t store important stuff here
Really great scratchpad notes app but beware installing the app on a new Mac will wipe out any of your saved data with their boilerplate “welcome” text. Lost a bunch of data to read helper text on an app I’ve used for years 🙃
Update: ok, I’ll try that homework to fix how you lost my data. I’d prefer if you fixed your app’s bugs though.
★★★★☆ Simple is great, but a little more needed
The simplicity of this app is so nice. I have it on all devices and have been using it since it was first released. I don’t want any more features or cruft. However, it does seem to struggle with spellcheck. I’m thinking an update more than every other year would be helpful for system services like that.

Awesome app! I’ve been using for a few years now. My go-to quick note app. I’ve seen the team adding a number of features. I suppose some people like a lot of features. However, I use the app because elf it’s simplicity and I really like plain text. PLEASE keep the UI clean and simple! Thank you Tot team.
