Fixed in v1.4.2. Works as it should. Running Safari 15.4 on MacOS 12.3.1 and Total Refresh only refreshes the active tab. When "All tabs in current window" is selected, it only refreshes the active tab. When "All tabs in all windows" is selected, it only refreshes the active tab in each Safari window.

Works on every active tab of every window, NOT the on background tabs of multiple safari windows. Would love for it to work as advertised though!
