★★☆☆☆ Can’t trust it

Prediction times are useless. They have made me late for several meetings. Also the location lag is bad.

Many ORD Busses don’t have in GPS so it’s worthless.

Definitely needs new software and needs a better return system that’s more automatic but the drivers are great and I enjoy their positivity and helpful knowledge.

Feels feature-incomplete and unintuitive to use. Most actions on this app are slow and unresponsive, and initial load times are glacial + crashes are frequent (which is idiotic considering you need bus tracking fairly immediately)
