Ue | Boom

I’ve had my boom speaker for several years & have loved it thru each iPhone I’ve upgraded to. Except now. For some reason I cannot get it to pair with my iPhone 14 Plus. Is there a software update? The speaker still works with my husbands iPhone XL & our iPad but not my 14. Can you help?

I have bought a few speakers over the last few years and just upgraded the home with the new boom 3 and Hyperboom. They sound great used by themselves but when adding new speakers it starts to have issues to the point of having to turn off the party function and blast music throughout the house with only one speaker. Wish the party function worked better so you can keep music at lower level.

I got the new EpicBoom and loved the NFC pairing feature- I’d come home and tap my phone already playing music and my Epicboom would pair and play what I was just listening to within a few seconds. Now I have to open my Bluetooth settings and select the speaker every time… other than that little inconvenience I still love this speaker.

I can’t connect to the app. I have a UE MINI BOOM SPEAKER and there is no option for this speaker.

I’ve the ultimate ears hyperboom for about 2 years now and I was exited about the adaptive eq but I read reviews saying the eq doesn’t work and nothing is there, so 2 years later I installed it and the eq works but the adaptive eq doesn’t automatically adjust the eq based on the environment.
