User Reviews and Ratings

★★★★★ Good reader, easy to use

One request is to be scale to sync with the self hosted fresh rss server.

★★★☆☆ Where are settings?

I’m not seeing any of the menu options shown in the description. I cannot change color theme nor am I finding how to save to something like Instapaper. What am I overlooking? Where is the settings menu hiding in this minimalist app?

★★★★★ Superior RSS reader now on all platforms

Unread has an elegant and effective user interface that is consistent between macOS and iOS/iPadOS. For those of us who use both macOS and iOS/iPadOS, it’s the ideal cross-platform solution to following RSS feeds. The developer is responsive and open to suggestions.

★★☆☆☆ Subscription for basic features

30 dollars a year for basic features like changing the icon and article actions. And yet I can’t do something basic with the text like change the font. No thank you.

★★★★★ Fix social media habits with RSS

Amazing tool especially for those of us trying to avoid corporate websites and timeline algorithms
