For several months now every time that I click a link either from the email or from the text message instead of opening in the app, like I wanted to, it opens in a webpage. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Not sure why this app is getting some low end reviews. I’ve been using this frequently and consistently for a long time … And I’ve never had a problem. Easy to use, well connected with the VA system, with links sent directly to me prior to each visit, this is a remarkably effective app.

Exactly, didn’t connect with party.

App no longer opens when clicking on emailed appointment link. Opens browser and conducts appointment in the browser instead of the app. All trouble shooting failed.
