The start page displays all connections of regional traffic, the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram as well as bus and ferry routes throughout Berlin and Brandenburg.

★★☆☆☆Very glitchy
Buggy and poorly thought-out interface from VBB (especially for ticket purchases, which often fail to go through), do yourself a favor and just get the BVG app!

There is a function to buy an online ticket but it doesn't work. When you click purchase the app just infinitely loads. Better off using the DB app.
★★★★☆Easy but only purchase just before departure
The App works fine and the ticket was cheaper than buying over Deutsche Bahn. However, VERY IMPORTANT to know that tickets can’t be bought in advance & must be used within 4 hours of purchase. This wasn’t totally clear to me, despite the „please mind“ and „ok“ that has to be clicked before purchase. So, I ended up buying a ticket the night before my trip that I couldn’t use. Thankfully, the VBB Mitarbeiter were helpful & friendly and following an email exchange, I was reimbursed for the unused t
