For everyone that is complaining that it’s a waste of money, it’s a free app. I appreciate the fact that the developer created an app that doesn’t require in app purchases. I’ll have to see if this is really that accurate. I’m sure it’s not as accurate as sports physiology testing equipment. That’s OK, provided that it is consistent. If it shows improvement overtime, it’s probably a useful tool to determine whether or not your cardiovascular fitness is improving. I’m not so worried about the ab
