I’ve used this app faithfully on my Samsung galaxy and loved it for free so when I changed to iPhone I immediately downloaded the app to get back to it and now it seems that I can’t even use the app at all unless I buy a premium subscription which I don’t understand

This is the third time I have used the 5k program to recover from surgery (don’t ask). Gearing back up is a slow build. It’s progressive. The trick is not to do too much, too soon. If you do *exactly* what the app asks/tells you to do, and you eat right and sleep as well as you can, bingo. Can’t recommend this app highly enough!

I'm in my 40's and I'm trying to get fit so I thought I would give this app a try. I'm impressed with the running and food plan but wish had a weight training with dumbbells to my fitness journey. 💁‍♂️
