I wish the exercises did all the standing exercises first and then switched to the floor.

I’m less than a week in and absolutely love this one so far! I’ve tried many from MyFitness Pal to Noom to lots in between. I love the meal plans and most of all the weekly shopping list. This has really got me motivated. Food is my hardest challenge to overcome and this app and meal plan has made it so simple and giving me new recipes to try! Great value for the $$!

I think this is a good app for not just exercising for a person but also managing what you eat etc in order to feel better about yourself. However, I believe it also takes alot of time to get everything set up and ‘log’ progress every day & several times a day and that what I just do not have extra time to do. My issue not theirs. 🤷‍♀️
