This app is easy to navigate. My favorite part is the design of the excellent charts. Over time, it becomes easy to see that stalls in weight loss are actually part of a pattern so it becomes easier to out wait them. I highly recommend this weight loss tracking app as part of an arsenal of personal support in your weight loss journey.

The only glitch I have found is that if you get under your goal weight, the app shows that you still have weight to lose rather than correctly showing it as negative weight.
