Whataburger

It is always glitching when I try to place an order and one second it’ll say I have zero points then it’ll switch to my points. It’s annoying and doesn’t add much convenience to the Whataburger experience.

This app works half the time and freezes constantly. Couldn’t even submit my curbside number because the app wouldn’t even open the screen.

I love the app and the convenience of it. However I wish it was more accurate when it comes to deliveries. I work at a facility where we aren’t allowed to leave since we get paid breaks and I use it to have food delivered. I select a time and they either show up early or late. We are o my given 25min and if delivered early our food is cold or we are forced to cram it fast if delivered late. We can’t take our breaks early or late. Also why do they always forget the straw?

You’re missing out on the multi-million dollar keto and carnivore diet markets by not allowing people to order just beef patties from the app. Give people more options. Start with just a patty and let them add on from there if they want; cheese, mayo, mustard, etc. This simple addition could attract a whole new customer base, significantly boosting sales and tapping into a lucrative market segment.

Foods good, but won’t allow Apple Pay, most likely because it would charge the exact amount for the meal. Instead the “load account “ option work like gold, most likely because you have to enter a preset amount default $25 forced unless you customize. I think they do this so that you will always have $3-4 [or more] saved on the app that most people forget about when they delete the app (effectively donating to Whataburger) and there is no refund option Incase you wanted to put in a lower amount
