User Reviews and Ratings
★★★★★Great Learning App
You can learn quite a lot in a very short period of time with this app. All of the countries on Earth, capitals, airports, counties/provinces/states of major countries, etc. Very impressive and very inexpensive. Basic quizzes are free, but you can unlock all features for $5 a *year*.
★★★★☆Pretty good
Ok on the new review, i would like a drop down menu so I could review whatever map i want without skipping. Sometimes i might want two review two or three sections in a different order.
★★☆☆☆Great app with one major drawback for beginners.
The app is excellent if you already know geography and just want to test yourself. However, if you’re trying to learn from scratch, it can be overwhelming. In Learn mode, it often presents all 80+ regions at once. Memorizing 80+ regions in a single session is simply unrealistic.
It would be much more effective if users could study in small groups, for example 5 to 10 regions at a time, and gradually add new ones while continuing to review the previous ones. That would make the app much more beg
★★☆☆☆Big Disappointment
I recently downloaded this game and was really enjoying it; went on today and suddenly everything I had free access to is locked and now has to be paid for. Not worth the download if you’re not willing to pay; only a little bit is free now. Very disappointing as it started out completely free.
★★★★★Perfect app for learning geography
I’ve looked around for an app to really learn world geography and this is the best I’ve found so far. It also has features to isolate continents and learn countries within them and has links to their Wikipedia pages, learn landmarks, states, etc. Perfect app to broaden your general knowledge of the world
