I didn’t think I could recreate the serenity and magic of my favorite yin yoga class away from the studio. This app and the prompts come very close! Her voice is soothing and the prompts are perfect for multiple listenings (I was most worried this wouldn't be the case and was happily relieved and surprised, her tone is perfect!) the poses are explained fully and I love being able to design sequences. A true gift for myself and my partner.

I wish I could have gone to classes even pre-covid, but I always found them uncomfortable – the temperature, having so many people around. I just couldn't relax. I also have specific poses I grew to really like. With this app I could go at my own pace. Would of course be nice to have a teacher, but this is the next best thing. There are occasionally problems with the sound, as people have states, but I can usually resolve this quickly.
