★★☆☆☆ Confirm download won’t work

It says that I need to click ok to download the new version, the only buttons that there are are: cancel and confirm. I clicked confirm multiple times but it won’t work. Please fix this.

★★☆☆☆ Update wont work

I started play this game at the release in september 12. Today, october 13 there is un update but it wont work: I keep pressing “confirm” but it doesn’t really click on the button BUT if I press on “cancel” the app shut down and doesn’t upgrade, and even when I let the app open for hours wont go. It happens on ipad, iphon and ipod. I even tried to cancel the app and reinstall but it’s the same. :/ Any help?
