Very resourceful app when it comes down to viewing paystub information. Highly recommend

Good every time

I like this application, very practical.

We have been using ADP for 6 months now and this week I can finally see my punches! It still takes a week for our PTO to show up but that is fine if you want to be average. Entering PTO could only be entered two days at a time. You could not enter a week like you normally should. Rather frustrating. I will be entering more than a week in the near future so we will see if that is fixed yet.

It should get dark mode like on Android, and the flow for getting things done should be faster, requiring less repeat logins. Most information is readily available, so the layout is quite good, however.

I get updated information from my timecards and schedule almost instantly. I’m on iPhone 8 and my phone doesn’t have enough storage for the latest OS update yet the app works fine. I don’t know about clocking in & out but overall 4 stars. 5 if they’d include a few more features from the website.

Good app but employer controlled. My employer is cheap and over-controlling so we don’t get much use out of this which is unfortunate.

This app is amazing I found out my job didn’t give me the raise they said they did and that they’ve been changing my time card . This app is user friendly and extremely useful. Download asap. 10/10 recommend.

ADP I love this app!! I have everything I need in the palm of my hand.

They took away the timecard feature but other then that it’s a great app to use for the job site

I’ve been facing issues with the notifications. Not able to see notifications in the app and even in browser it’s doesn’t work. Rest the application has improved a lot and I’m comfortable using it as it’s very User friendly and very informative. Please fix the minor issues like notifications and also login is not straightforward at times.

Very easy to track the payroll… I love it!!!

This app is easy to use, but will not stop asking me to rate it. Every time I open the app, it asks for a rating.

Nice UI updates, but the notification management needs work. I keep “reading” the notifications but, when I exit the, the app badge icon doesn’t change and when I reopen the app those notifications pop back up as unread. Annoying!!!

There is no need to waste paper on checks any more.

App has a completely different look than previously, still trying to get used to it. But with the new update now the app constantly shows a notification on the screen. I gone through every part of the app and even turned off notifications and it still won’t clear. Seems kind of annoying if you can’t figure out what you haven’t been able to check.

This app is fantastic! Easy to use and simple to understand.

Always having so much trouble signing in. It’s just so annoying. Freezes most of the times!

Since the app has been updated it is much more user friendly. Easier to navigate and find what you’re looking for.

Fix these things - plus Touch ID on app launch, not after the fact - too much taps.

The app used to work seamlessly with my Apple Watch 7. Now it doesn’t work at all! I keep getting sync errors. When I open the app it shows syncing in progress then fails. Please fix this issue!

I like the simplicity of the new UI and that the app seems to load much faster than it used to. It used to take minutes for ADP to load on my iPhone 12, now it starts up in a few seconds. However, I do wish there was a dark mode option for the app. The stark white background is blinding.

When I click Face ID, why is it asking if I want to log in? Seriously, why else would I be using the App other than to log in? Also, why can’t we see previous paystubs other than the, “current” one in App? Update: Still asking if I want to sign in, after I deleted and reinstalled the app. The, “reset” is now allowing me to see previous paystub data. Maybe try a fix from your end now on the Face ID?

I don’t know what device other people are using but on my IPad I have no trouble finding info or opening the app. The older your device the more difficulties you will encounter. The only strange message I get on a regular basis is how about doing direct deposit! Which I have done with the company for 20 years. This is an easy simple way to get pay stubs and tax info. No waiting!,, Thanks for the easy app navigation.

I haven’t had a daily pay since June 22. Until today. Where are the daily pays from this week???

Its an amazing app. Your pay summer is at your fingertips. Great!!!!

Needs to be app friendly user. To much to much to navigate also maybe color coded to know which section your in. Also interface is slow. Needs to be faster.

After using Touch-ID, or manually entering credentials, app screen disappears and never logs on. It can be seen in background, but asks for logon again and repeats process.

They have like weekly updates but it’s a decent app otherwise

This is the best way I could ever imagine to clock in and out and to check time off and to request time off. Just easier than trying to sign in on my computer.

Currently the 2nd employer using adp. I enjoy the simplicity and accessibility. Pie charts and visually intuitive. Easily track my work history.

Excellent app. Very up to date and on point. Still learning all the app’s properties although.

This app needs to track & show your hours in real time. If would be so nice if I could see what hours & how I am making each day vs not seeing anything until payday and it only shows ur total & gross. Food for thought.

The only thing is I wish I could see my pay the day before other then that it would be perfect.

Very easy to use, easy to understand and have all the information you need. Best apps👍!!!

It works fine but is sometimes slow. Please add some kind of indicator that it is logging you in when you click “sign in”. The password area goes blank and you don’t know if it’s logging you in or if it just went blank.

This app is sooo slow…. Otherwise it is fine once you ever get in. I have had to give up many times waiting to get in to see anything!!!!!

Please bring back Lunch clock out and in time.

I have to say that every week when I get my pay from work it is very easy to get and very manageable to download.

I would like to be able to see my time sheet and to set/modify my work schedule.
