I can track my O2 for my COPD and manage it with diet but to know if I need a power nap to get my rhythm back on track, I watch my sleep. Great App

Great app. Provides just the right amount of data/information to assess my sleep quality. Helps me ensure that my sleep pattern is on target to improve/maintain good health. I recommend the app.
I love this app, it’s like having someone watching over me. When I feel antsy or lethargic I check in the app and find out that my sleep was either interrupted or just not what it should have been, and it encourages me to make adjustments to my lifestyle so I can have a better rest every time.
I pair this with my Apple Watch and get great information about my sleep. I’ve sent it to so many clients as well. It’s a great resource for a great price.

I tried a few sleep apps before landing on AutoSleep. My husband and I have used this app consistently for a couple of years now. The app is updated regularly with new features and is easier than ever to read. I appreciate the amount of detail this app provides over Apple’s sleep information - especially about the different sleep stages. Highly recommend this app if you’d like to track your sleep accurately and possible make improvements in your sleep habits.

I don’t use the app to diagnose sleep issues. I mostly use it to confirm that I am following good sleep habits. When I exercise, I consistently see that I sleep better that night. The same is true for limiting caffeine after a certain hour, showering before bed, etc. I use my rings as a general reminder to do things during the day that will lead to restorative rest at night.
Although I’m fairly new to my Apple phone this is one of my favorite apps. Whether it’s just me getting used to it or the iOS 26 update it seems to be more accurate and has more points of monitoring.
This is my first time to use a sleep app. I am using my Apple Watch and I’m learning so much about how my day affects my sleep. Thanks for making this great app available.

This app gives you a lot of useful information about your sleep habits. Coupled with information from my CPAP, I have been able to make changes to my habits to improve my sleep.
I only recently went back to using an Apple smartwatch, (instead of Fitbit), and really appreciate the tracking functions of this app. One can think they are doing okay but over the course of a week, it’s hard to know how things are really adding up. This takes the guesswork out of it, and motivates me to change things so that I remain in the credit column instead the sleep debit column! With sufficient sleep, being part of my health regiment, this app has been great addition to my Apple Watch. The alarm, the bedtime reminders as well as the information that is provided after the night of sleep has been a great help for me and giving me insight on what I need to do and how I can improve my sleep habits.
Good app. Been very useful for tracking disrupted periods of sleep I have experienced due to recent life stresses. I like knowing what my sleep debt/credit is. Does take some time to get the hang of it though.
Tried the other apps but this one works best with the phone and Apple Watch. The the data is displayed is just far more informative compared to the others. Most of all I’ve found this app to be the most accurate. This app helped me to gather the data I needed so I could truly work on improving my sleep.
This app gives me so much insight into how I am sleeping and what quality of sleep that I am getting. It has been very interesting to see and I definitely recommend this app if you are looking into learning more about your sleep.
For only a single price I am able to track my sleep. This app is great. So far so good.
I have use this app for months for sleep tracking and it works very well. Definitely worth the price, at least until Apple does something more with the Apple Watch they have already done. As much as I love this app a lot of this should be built into the Apple Watch software. But until then this app is really good and I will continue to use it as long as it’s supplementary to what Apple is supplying.

My husband says “all you do is sleep. Why are you always tired?” Now I can show him. I may have been in bed - but I wasn’t sleeping. And if I was sleeping, it was crap sleep. And on the days where I don’t have a sleep debt, I am a different person. I feel like I’m waking on sunshine and pooping rainbows. On the other days- I am Oscar, Grumpy, the Wicked Witch and Dory all rolled into one. And no subscription?! That amazing!

This is a really cool app. The user interface is attractive and interesting, and is pretty intuitive. It has lots of features and you can even adjust the measurements if you think it is not as accurate as you want it to be.

Over the past couple of years, I have tried and even purchased a few sleep apps and have finally settled on AutoSleep. It gives me information in an easy to read and understand format. Unlike some other apps, it does not record sounds at night but that is not a deal breaker for me.
I have used this app for several years. Well it hasn’t always been perfect, recent changes have brought it close. The app helps me understand my sleep patterns and change my behavior to help improve my sleep. detailed information about noise levels, O2 levels, and heart rate that come from using the app with my Apple Watch really give this app the edge.
I love it but with all of the sleep tracking stuff it’s the buggiest thing ever but I don’t want to call customer support or google it so I will just see what happens
This app does a great job of tracking and calculating the quality of your sleep. It helped me learn my sleep patterns and the amount of quality sleep I was getting. This app is based on science and I have learned a lot about how what I do during the day affects my sleep at night.
My daughter and son-in-law bought me my first Apple Watch. I am so grateful my daughter introduced me to this app when I found out I had heart issues. This app helps me understand and prepare for the kind of day I will have. I was able to share info. with my cardiologist who put me on a medication that has helped tremendously. I usually wear my watch to bed at night and look at the results in the morning. I am really pleased at the information and believe it will be a help with my long term growth. The only problem that I see is the the information given can not be managed. In other words I can not control my heart beat. I understand that it is often high but there is no way to lower it. Other than that it is very interesting.
I check this app everyday, I might not even check my email on some days, but always check this one. The accuracy and insight is incredible. Looking at the info here can help determine overtraining, too much stress, and all kinds of other correctable issues. Highly recommend this app, and no one paid me or gave me any gifts to write this.
This app is awesome! I check everyday ! Tells me sleep info and also if I dose off in my chair, oops! Keeps me informed on my heart beat and oxygen while sleeping. Info necessary for good health. Just show your doctor results. I wear my watch 24/7 only taking off to charge.

I absolutely love the AutoSleep app! They do regular updates and it really helps you dial in your sleep which is the best medicine in the world. The design is amazing, it's super easy to use and very accurate. Highly recommended! Thank you AutoSleep team!
I have tried three other paid apps and this is clearly the winner. Yes, it takes some getting used to but once you get the gist of it, you wouldn’t want to use any other app.
I love this app, it’s by far my favorite smart phone app. The measures it tracks are interesting, and the insights I’ve gained using it has helped me to sleep better and be more rested. Its metrics of waking readiness and “sleep fuel” correlate remarkably well with how I feel in a given day. I highly recommend this app
More detailed in general then my whoop but hard to manage with Apples short battery life and charging. Still 5 stars as battery life has nothing to do with app functionality which is fantastic.
Lots of functionality and tracks a lot. Best app for Apple Watch that I’ve found. Not as good as whoop overall, but that’s not the apps fault.
This app—along with its companions, AutoSleep & HeartWatch—add some much-needed functionality to the Apple Watch, and they do it without annoying subscriptions. The amount of information they track is massive, and the reports are comprehensive. You don't have to use all of them, but if you're an an information geek like me, they are invaluable. Keep up the good work, y'all!
