Nowhere can we find info on psu radio ie Jeff Byers play by play Big10 and big10+ not available in San Juan Puerto Rico but I can get radio if I can get instructions to gain Access Help Please

I’ve been a Penn State fan since I’m 10 years old. I am now 63 I seen Penn State win the national championship against Miami hurricanes for the record. I think it’s a disgrace college has done to Journal. There would be no Penn State without Joe but I will continue to follow Penn State because I am a loyal fan, just like I continue to watch the Jets
