Always accurate and functioning

Už podruhé se mi stalo ze po potvrzení applepay a vracení do aplikace se platba nakonec nedokončila a musel jsem kupovat jízdenku znovu ve vlaku. Nešlo by tento proces nějak přepracovat?

Love using this it’s been my saving grace traveling in the Czech Republic!

I paid a fortune for a monthly pass for all 13 zones and the app won’t let me upload a high resolution, low resolution, or take a photo of myself to replace the first photo they decided to reject. They have no problem taking your money and then taking days to use up your pass telling you that you cannot use it because they don’t like the photo. Then they won’t take even a passport photo. Best to use the app only for short trips until they get their app error fixed.

The app works well overall, but I was buying tickets for a small group to catch a tram in only a few minutes, and the app informed me that my payment wasn’t going through. I tried three times with different cards because we were in a hurry (all cards appeared to have failed), only to find out just afterwards that I’d inadvertently purchased 3x sets of the same tickets! While there may be some payment problem on my end, I would recommend a fix for this/a feature that asks for a yes or no to proce

The app is really helpful in Prague for tourist - both in terms of getting schedule as well as buying tickets. However I found the part of buying tickets extremely buggy. Sometimes the app shows green button to buy ticket but often that button simply missing with no explanation why. As such I can only use the app for convenience. This is actually a problem in my mind as from 2026 the plan is to charge more for fares not done in the app. Eg the city is forcing you to buy through app that itsel

I don’t find the app very intuitive and have purchased two tickets back to back not realizing I already paid the first time so I paid twice :) Couldn’t figure out how to activate a monthly coupon.
