Why every time when you open does the continue button pop up. Terrible, please get rid of that

Not happy with updates
I am not liking that the sports I follow are buried on a more page. Also, when trying to listen to the action, clicking the button appears is actually to close the app. Seriously, this is a huge disappointment. IT is failing miserably on this one.
Some better some worse
App updates for ticketing is great.
Ability to search schedules by particular sports or teams very difficult.
Ability to find info or stories for specific sports difficult.
Who’s playing today on Peacock?
All I need here is a good schedule. My family is referencing something at 3 pm on Peacock. The app has not shed light on what sport. It’s hard to find the game time for football, and the type size is TOO SMALL. Not even the name of the sport is clear on this app.

Wouldn’t Let Me Log In As Me
My roommate sometimes used my app when hers doesn’t work and would log me out, log in, and then log herself out. It was fine, but now every time I try to log into MY account using MY email and MY password, it logs into HERS with HER email and HER tickets.
I don’t know what the problem is because I can log in fine on desktop and the mobile site.
Looks Nice, Works Horrible
I’m a Badgers alum and sports fan. Love anything and everything badgers. But this app is very poorly designed - flow issues, interaction with other apps (eg StubHub) is clunky at best. This needs lots of Ux and Cx work. Very surprising given the overall budget the athletic department has.
Needs work
Even when it’s not being glitchy this app needs improvement. Live stats has gotten more difficult to access. It’s even difficult to find the score when a game is in progress.
Basic Features lacking
Cool site and idea. Basic things that people actually want to use this for are terrible. How do I set a password? Mobile phone and address links aren’t working properly. It’s difficult to navigate
