Very straight forward such a massive improvement

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The app is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing my energy usage and payments a breeze. The app also allows me to easily pay my bill, set up auto-pay, and even report outages directly from my phone. Overall, I highly recommend Xcel Energy's new mobile app to anyone looking to simplify their energy management and payment

All I can say is thank you. I struggled quite a bit previously and this app is so much easier to use. Love the improvements in how I can see my usage in connection with when power is cheaper and that my account shows my credit card payments immediately.

Very slick - fast, simple, easy to use!

It's a simple yet functional App. I like that you can log in with your face ID. As soon as I'm logged in, I'm able to view my current bill details. I can easily pay my bill—I'm literally in the app, less than 60 seconds, and my bill is paid!

While the new layout seems intuitive, it is missing the current energy consumption, which is ‘my energy’ in the old app, or it is too hard to find. Please correct.
